Thought i'd throw a few suggestions. This is just from my point of view, understandable you have your own vision for the Server and maybe other players might have different views also.
Storage & Selling NPC's - right click to sell/store items
Fishing - have it auto fish like mining (so i don't have to sellotape the mouse button )
FullScreen/Window - would like option to be able login with full screen or window screen, at moment i have to edit the .ini file to get a windowed screen and edit to change back to full screen (laziness)
Utopia Shard Quest - Its a bit OP, Perhaps make this weekly instead of repeatable. found it achievable to get part one of the quest completed in a couple of hours.
EvilOmaKing - i believe you mentioned you had set a spawn location, looks like its still spawning randomly around the swamp
Fox Cave - tried sending a group of 3 of my charas through but still couldn't get in to fight fox boss - can this be adjusted or let solo chara in
TDB - if possible to make this skill toggle on/off. I'm usually just holding down the skill button and its a nightmare potting and using FS while holding it down. Also TDB yellow para seems to work on a level basis. Some boss's i wasn't able to get the buff on, till i got higher level, alot of boss's still are unaffected by it. Further it maybe OP when it dose work as the boss's it works on nearly stay para'd for the whole fight if constant TDB.
MassHiding & Tao Buffs - Seems to only last around 30 seconds even with high SC, might need buff with timers (found alot of Tao Buffs seem to have low timers)
Healing - Found this to be abit weaker than it should, could do with a look at. Healing pets takes a huge amount of heals
LionRoar - timer for this seems to be a bit low, para lasts about 5 - 10 secs
Pet Enhancer - hard to tell exactly how long it lasts due to the Icon staying above the pet when it runs out, but appears to only last 30 secs, would be nice to see this increased to a minute or 2 or last same time as UE
Wizzies - i believe the mobs may have to much AMC, which give wizards a hard time in PVE, i think PVP may be balanced enough though. Also Magic shield might be a bit buggy with low timer and how it works. Havint gotten a wizz high enough to use FF yet so may be different when this is obtained
Tao Pet - Maybe a higher Tier Pet for later lvls for Tao would be nice to see (i think in some servers they have a super Shinsu Skin)
Tao Skills - Seem to have lower drop rate than other class's (or else im unlucky) Have gotten multiple of lvl 47 books but still yet to find Tao shield and Poi Cloud
Skill NPC- i think its giving outdated info, would be nice if this could be updated with all skills currently in game, even if its without or with basic description
TM NPC - items consigned only last a week before expiring, perhaps this can be changed to a month?
Mobs - re-spawn timer may be a bit high as i found unless you kill the boss in about 3 mins, mobs around will respawn again
Pets - Found little difference to pets DPS/health/health regain per level, perhaps could do with a little buff
Boss - some have 1/10 chance of respawn (BL, MTK, IZT), however i noticed that i never seen OKS, SerpantLord, EC, ZT, IWT, EvilBoar (i think its called in bdd), OK, HellGuardian, EvilOmaKing
Maybe i just haven't lucked out but im sure i have killed these plenty of times to see a double respawn
ParaRing - wouldn't mind seen a quest that temporarily gives this.. granted its a really OP item, but maybe a hard weekly BW quest like the one that gives the tele ring from BW sign post
-Other (which you heard me moan about already) - More higher tier Caves, Bottomless Pit, Ghost Ship, Instances, BW conquest (first time you implemented this it seemed to almost work), Guild territories, and the Battlegrounds thing in the BW tavern place isn't working (in the Southern-western BW house)
What i find to be a bit to OP on the server - Granted i don't think any of these will or can be changed at this stage with the server being live for so long. But thought id list em out for your anyway.
-Gems/Orbs - Far too easy to obtain from Drops / Fishing / Questing
-leveling - also very easy to level if considered a low rate, Red cave should be locked off for 40+and experience earned reduced by about 30%
-Boss's - while they all have quite high DPS, the health & health regain seem to be a bit low where soloing them is quite achievable
-Drops - could do with reduced drops by about 20 - 30 %
-Terragon Set - alot of items are trumpted by the lvl 43 faith/ark/Blight set that drop in Red Cave - either the 43 set needs a Nerf or terragon needs a buff
-Quests - rewards are bit too OP might need a nerf, further Orb rewards are also a bit OP to be receiving
-Craft Lady - Again Orb crafting is abit OP, maybe should leave the requirements for crafting Gems and for orbs would need use Gold Ore or Platinum with P14+ along with threads/bones
-Legendary weapons - specifically the lvl 38 ones which are very nice have a bit of a high drop rate may need to be reduced (also the lvl 43 weapons all have different rarity for awakenings - heavensword mythical(pink) status - SOWG ledgendary(orange) - BOM Rare Staus (blue) - BoS Legendary (Orange) - im sure the archer one is common (white) if anyone cares about that class
-Guards - you can go to a difficult area and let the guard do the work (very easy lvling) maybe there should be different tiers lvl 1- 20 / lvl 20 - 30 guards / lvl 30+ Guards
